2. Gender in Emergencies Advisor 
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Masters or advanced degree in a relevant subject area with at least 3 years of experience in medium-large scale emergencies. Familiar with humanitarian programming and inter-agency coordination systems and ability to communicate ideas in a culturally-sensitive manner and conducive to their practical application.

This vacancy concerns, Local Program Leaders, full time in "Women at Work Children at School" (WAWCAS) program in SLISHA. SLISHA is a non-governmental organization formed in 1999 AD by a group of people who believe that development in the country cannot take place without the improvement of the status of women and children.
