Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is an international non-governmental and not for profit, conflict transformation organization. Our mission is to transform how individuals, organizations, and governments deal with conflict - away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. Founded in 1982, SFCG has headquarters in Washington, DC in the United States and in Brussels, Belgium. SFCG has been working in Nepal since 2006 to support its conflict transformation and peace building processes.
SFCG is looking for qualified professionals to fulfill the following positions for a four-year DFID funded project that aims to strengthen the poor and marginalised's access to justice and security in Nepal. The project will be implemented in eight districts in two geographical clusters- (i) Eastern and Central Terai - Siraha, Saptari, Dhanusha, and Mahottari; and (ii) Western and Mid-Western Nepal - Nawalparasi, Rupandehi, Kapilvastu and Dang.
1. TEAM LEADER, SECURITY AND JUSTICE - 1 Position (Based in Kathmandu)
2. MEDIA MANAGER 1 Position (Based in Kathmandu)
3. REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER -1 Position (Based in Butwal)
4. FIELD COORDINATORS - 3 Positions, One for Each Location
5. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS - 2 Positions
