Job Position: Community Development Officer
Grade: 6
Location: Damak, Jhapa with requent field visits

The position will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing sustainable livelihoods and community development programs focusing to Bhutanese Refugees and the host communities. S/he will have key role in providing professional inputs to the partners and community members to enhance their capacities produce/realize positive impacts. Monitoring, reporting and evaluation will be core part of the job.
Required Education, Skills and Competencies: Bachelors degree preferably in business administration and economics with at least two years of working experience in similar field. S/he is required to have knowledge and working experience in results-based Project Cycle Management. S/he should have good understanding about human rights-based approach to development, good competency about capacity building. S/he should be well aware about gender sensitivity and accountability. S/he should have good command in communication both oral and written in English and Nepali languages.
