Professional Development and Research Center (PDRC) in collaboration with Uniterra program of Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI-Nepal) is pleased to announce the internship opportunities for Dalit youths. The main objective of this internship is to improve the employability prospects of Dalit youths by enhancing their professional skills and competencies.
Through this internship, students will be able to apply for full time internship within one of the sectoral partners of CECI Nepal. Duration of internship will be for six months including two months training period. The interns selected for these opportunities will be provided with minimum monthly stipend during internship to cover their living expenses.
Number of Interns : 7
Eligibility criteria:
• Bachelor's degree (students waiting for third year result may also apply)
• Belonging to a Dalit community, women candidates are encouraged
• Working knowledge of English
• Basic computer literacy (MS word, MS excel, MS presentation, email and Internet)
• Good communication skills both in English and Nepali
• Strong commitment to complete the entire internship period
