- Receive telephone calls and direct to concerned person
- Handle customers/ outsiders and guide them as per their purpose of visit
- Maintain records, document, brochure as per directed by supervisor
Essential Job Specification:
- +2/intermediate degree, knowledge on telephone operating
- Basic computer applications uses knowledge
- Pleasing personality & Sound health
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Package
