Forward Looking, a national level NGO working to create positive and change for people with disability through education and community base program, is looking for qualified personnel to work in the following positions:
Position : Program Director
Location : Project office (Lalitpur)

The program director will be responsible for strategic plan, program planning, coordination, networking, liaison, donor relationship, organizational promotion, staff mobilization, reporting etc. And managerial operation of programs (Disabled Empowerment Project & Scholarship Project). In close coordination with Executive Board (Chairperson) ensure timely and effective delivery of the disabled focus project. Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language and computer knowledge (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor in sociology or equivalent degree with 3 years of experience in managing organization and projects. Or Master's degree with two years of working experience in related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali languages and computer knowledge (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
