Job Title: Executive Secretary
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of secretarial experience
Job Description:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior level management mainly the Managing Director - Receive and screen visitors and incoming calls, determine the priority matters and provide alert messages to the concerned heads
- Read and sort the incoming reports and correspondence; make preliminary assessment and organize the documents accordingly
- Ensure proper communication flow and information dissemination regarding the senior level management to all concerned head of departments and staffs
- Prepare memos, letters and other important correspondence for executives
- Make necessary travel and accommodation arrangements, including preparation of itineraries and maintenance of proper records and vouchers
- Maintain proper work schedules and appointments for senior management and provide timely reminders and alerts as required
- Plan and coordinate for arrangements of professional meetings and conferences, prepare meeting agendas and minutes
Requirement/Skills: the position of Executive Secretary requires involvement with high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. • Should be presentable, self motivated and have a positive learning attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule Incentives and compensation, as per company rules.
