Post - Human Resource Manager
Qualification & Experience - Candidate should preferably be a Pharmacy Graduate and at least 3 years of experience in handling Human Resource in a reputed Firm/Company. Candidate must have good and verifiable referrals available.
Responsibilities -To design, develop and nurture a critical mass of leadership talent under guidance and supervision of the Senior Management and the Company's H.R. Consultants and in line with the Company's Growth Strategy. The candidate should be aware of on statutory responsibilities.
Post - Plant Manager
Qualification & Experience - Candidate should be a Masters in Pharmacy with at least 10 years of collective experience in various departments like Production, Human Resource, Q.C. & Q.A. in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies in higher positions. Candidate must have good and verifiable referrals available.
Responsibilities
• To co-ordinate inter and intra departmental activities in the Factory and with the Corporate Office, ensure development and practice of high cGMP standards through the manufacturing chain starting from procurement, production, quality control, stability and the entire life cycle.
• Co-ordinate and support in Company's growth plans in terms of capacity Building, new expansions. • Develop Leadership skills in line with the Company's Philosophy of committing to its Employees in their Personal and Professional Development through various activities like Performance Appraisals, Trainings, Mentoring, etc
