A reputed Kathmandu based Trading cum Construction Company is looking for the individuals complying with the following requirements. 

1. Technical cum Office Manager : 1 Nos 

2. Civil Engineer (Structure Engineer) : 2 Nos 

3. Civil Engineer : 2 Nos 

4. Account Assistant: 1 No.

1. Technical cum Office Manager : 1 Nos 

• Organize and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the organization. Have an outstanding, good interpersonal, communication and managerial skills. 

• Should be able to handle international correspondence independently. Having knowledge of trading business and Creative Knowledge and vision shall be preferred. 

• Master's Degree in Engineering along with MBA Degree will be emphasized. 

• At least 5 years experience in Building construction and managerial work. 

2. Civil Engineer (Structure Engineer) : 2 Nos 

• At least 3-5 years' experience in Design Analysis of Steel structure and building construction, preparing BOQ, Cost Estimates and Rate Analysis. 

• Preferably experienced in fabrication and erection (Truss & Steel Structure) workshop based work.

• Ability to monitor, supervise and coordinating various project related works. 

3. Civil Engineer : 2 Nos 

• At least 2-4 years' experience in building construction work. 

• Knowledge in cost estimation, BOO preparation, Rate Analysis and bill preparation. 

• Ability to monitor, supervise and coordinating various project related works.

4. Account Assistant: 1 No. 

• At least 2 years of work experience

• Must have knowledge of Accounting software. 

• At Least Bachelor Degree specialization in Account.
