Job Position: Assistant Project Officer
Duty Station: Lalitpur with frequent visits to projects sites and possible relocation within the Country.
Duration: Maximum of 12 months with possibility of renewal.
Salary: Will vary according to qualifications and experience as per organization rules.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support the Long Distance Sponsorship (LDS) Team on the LDS activities: child card collection, school work collection, correspondence, etc.
- Support the LDS Team on the regular update of the LDS Database.
- Provide to the LDS Person in Charge the information needed to prepare periodical reports as per Intervita Rules and Regulations.
- Carry our regular visits to the beneficiaries’ schools and communities in collaboration with the local partners on LDS matters.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completion of at least Higher Secondary School Level.
- Good Computer skills in MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a Team.
- Ability to relate people across all levels.
- Good command of English and Nepali (written and spoken).
- Good report writing skills.
- Possession of valid Motorbike / Scooter driving licence (mandatory); car driving licence will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 years working experience with INGO or local NGO on the field of child protection and education (an added advantage).
- Experience on Long Distance Sponsorship management (an added advantage).
