Job Position: Marketing Officer

Job Location: Kathmandu

Educational Qualification:

- At least Intermediate level

Job Specifications:

- Must be able to handle client through phones, direct meeting or references.

- Must be able to pursue and convince clients for our services.

- Must be able to work on extreme pressure.

- Must be able to work as a team and a leader.

- Must be able to achieve target in a provided probation period of 3 months.

- Must have excellent command on word both in English and Nepali.

- Must have knowledge of marketing .

- Self driven and self motivated.

- Must have public relation on his own to begin with for one week at least.

Experience

- Prefer an experience of at least one year in similar field

Other Specific Requirements:

Preference:

- Two wheelers and posses driving license.

- Fresher are encouraged

- Females are encouraged. We are in taking at least 4 female candidates.

Terms and Condition:

- Must be ready to sign the contract of one year after probation period three months

- Must be ready to work on target or s/he will not be hired for further contract.

- Must be ready to manage with study and work. If work is hampered because of personal and study purpose, company have all rights to have compensation from salary.

- There will be three months probations for the fresher and one month probation for experienced applicants. - S/he must be able to sign the contract on the day of hire.

- Salary: Nrs 8000 + Fuel + bonus on achieving beyond target.

Full time/ part time/ contract: Contracted Full time

Salary will be negotiated only targets are achieved.

You must report daily about the updates of whole day activities or will not counted as day in. You will be reported absent and cut will be recorded in your salary.

You are not supposed to leave company for three month at least or company will compensated from your salary.
