· Own two wheeler and driving license
· Willingness to travel & relocate at any place of Nepal
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Age: below 26 yrs.
Should be ready to relocate anywhere in Nepal and willing to travel
Requirements BBA/BBS (Specialization in marketing and sales will be given preference
1-2 yrs. of experiences preferably in paint industry; Fresher’s can also apply.
Salary Package
Before confirmation: 18.5 K gross Monthly plus other benefits. (Conditions apply)
After confirmation: 24 K gross monthly (conditions apply) with other benefits plus performance incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build & manage trust based long term relationships with dealers
· Identify & Develop new streams for revenue growth & maintain relationships with customers.
· Analyze & review the market response/ requirements.
· To plan trade schemes & promotions & monitor implementation of the same.
· Meeting sales targets.
· Managing promotional activities.
· Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
· Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
· Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
· Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
· Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
