Eco Himal Nepal, an NGO dedicated to improving livelihood and environment of the Eastern Himalayan Region invites application from qualified Nepali citizens for the implementation of "Saving Mount Everest - Waste Management Project" in Sagarmatha National Park and Buffer Zone. This position is based in Namche Bazar, Solu Khumbu District and frequent field visit to other villages in the region
Job Position: Field Coordinator
Location: Namche Bazar

Major responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of a project coordinator, the field coordinator is responsible for project implementation with key focus on waste management, coordination and networking with local authorities and stakeholders, monitoring and reporting progress, office and financial management.
Required qualifications:
The candidate must have at least Bachelors degree in management, social sciences, public health or related degree with minimum 3 years work experience in solid waste management, commun:ty development or in related fields. Ability to work independentiy and fluency in English. excellent communication skills, and computer skills will be required.
