Sundar Nepal Sanstha (BNA) is a leading NGO working in nine districts of Mid-West. It is implementing projects on Renewable energy, Child Projection, Agriculture, Good Governance, Water and Sanitation, Vocational Training and Community Empowerment. BNA requires dynamic, enthusiastic & result oriented Project Manager under "Reintegration of Children/ Youths Formerly Associated with Armed Forces & Armed Groups (CAAFAG) and Children Affected by Armed Conflict (CAAC) and Verified Minors and Late Recruits (VMLR)" project supported by Unicef Nepal, implemented in Jumla, Bardiya, Dailekh & Mugu districts.

Qualification: Masters Degree with at least three years of experiences or Bachelor Degree with at least five years of experience with good command in MS office of computer.
Responsibilities:
• Overall Planning, implementation & monitoring of the project activities as per annual, quarterly & monthly plans. Oversee the project activities in project districts.
• Monthly, quarterly & annual reporting (finance/progress/ database) to Unicef & BNA.
• Lead the project to deliver the quality services as per the project documents.
• Identify project implementing strategies, supervise & coach staff for quality service.
• .Manage the project team, assets & finance and support for staff capacity development.
• Work closely with Unicef, Executive Committee & government line agencies.
