Educational Qualification:
- BBA/BBS with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 3.25 from recognized University.
Job Specifications:
- Proficient in written/spoken English, Nepali and Hindi
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- Require good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Require effective convincing, negotiation skill & presentation skills.
- Personality should be smart and pleasant.
- Require frequent field visit and regular follow up with existing/potential Trading Members for new business opportunities.
- Should be able to work on deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to work in a Team.
Job Description:
- Monitoring and analyzing current Commodity and Financial market trends and provide the result to Business Development Manager and Senior Management Team (SMT).
- Exploring ways of improving business and increasing profitability from Business Development Department.
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies and suggest to Business Development Team (BDT) and SMT for implements.
- Preparing and managing marketing plans with support of Business Development Team.
- Producing reports to monitor results and submit to Business Development Head (BDH).
- Presenting findings and suggestions to BDH and SMT.
- Show pride in work and in achievements.
Other Specific Requirements:
- Age should not exceed 28 years as of April 26, 2012.
