Job Position: Management Trainee (MT) 

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Management/Economic/Business Administration with minimum 60% marks or CGPA of 3.25 from recognized University.
• Proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
• Smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, desire to excel and a positive attitude.
• Age not exceeding 28 years as of 12 April 2012.

Management Trainees will undergo comprehensive training in overall Banking services and will be developed as future Officers on successful completion of the training period. Candidates, if selected, should be willing to work in any branch of the Bank.
