Rural Access Programme - Phase 3 (RAP3) is a 4-year DFID funded programme operating in 14 Districts of Nepal. It aims to improve people's incomes and resilience through employment, sustainable access to markets and improved access to economic opportunities. The Programme is in the process of adding staff to lead its busy roads programme and establishing a data-base for further vacancies expected in the near future for the following full-time district based positions:
1. Engineering Officers (Hill Road Construction) - Remote Mid-Western Karnali Zone
2. Senior Laboratory Technician (Eastern Terai Districts)
