The Growth Officer will be responsible in-house for not only training and managing the Growth Force and its workflow, but also helping to ensure the steady and successful scaling of this exciting operation.

REQUIREMENTS 

♦ Great communication skills in English and Nepali 

♦ A talent for instruction 

♦ Experience with data entry and data research, or minimum 2 years of experience with spreadsheet tools 

♦ Highly organized and detail-oriented 

♦ Willing to work off-hours, experience communicating with international clients preferred 

♦ Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

♦ Provide an upbeat, positive, and willing leadership role 

♦ Fully understand, and train workers on, different methods of data entry and data research 

♦ Provide data entry and data research 

♦ Manage in-house and remote team leaders, trainers, and crowd workers 

♦ Develop new hiring leads and scale a fast-growing crowd-work operation 

♦ Communicate effectively on both client-side and resource-side 

♦ Understand business requirements of, and provide feedback on, data entry software product development
