Shapla Neer Citizens' Committee in Japan for Overseas Support is a Japanese NGO that works with socially and economically marginalized people through empowerment and capacity building to become self-reliant. We are looking for one Program Officer who is fully committed to his/her work. This position is Kathmandu based and needs to frequent field visits. The status of the position is preliminary for one year contract based and with three months probation period. The contract might be renewed.

Qualification:
• Master's Degree in Social Science or related field.
• Minimum five years working experience in the similar position in NGO/INGOs.
• Well working experience of project management.
• Working experience in community development at fields.
• Good communication skill to maintain effective relationship among partner NGOs/organizations
