- At least 3 years of experience in the similar field for people working in the FMCG Industry. However, Fresh graduate in the field of Management/Business/Commerce are also encouraged to apply.
Job Specification:
- S/He must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills to handle a network of Stockiest and motivate, train and lead the Stockiest manpower efficiently to ensure regular market coverage and smooth supply operations in the market.
Job Description:
- Responsible for company’s business goals in the assigned business territory. This also includes ensuring strong product availability, penetration and visibility in the market as per the set KPIs. The responsibility includes proper execution of POP activation plans to achieve Category dominance of all Unilever products in the market.
Other Specific Requirements:
- Location: Anywhere across Nepal and this position requires strong field work and frequent travel.
- Should have valid driving license (Motorcycle)
- Citizenship: Nepali
- Age: Below 30
