Pact, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC, is implementing a USAID-funded project, Sajhedari Bikaas, aimed at strengthening communities in the Mid- and Far-West Regions of Nepal. Pact is looking for a highly competent Nepali citizen (CCN) for the following position to be based in Nepalgunj.
Job Position: Director of Grants and Contracts, Sajhedari Bikaas
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree (or equivalent work experience or certificate training) in accounting, finance, contract/grants management, business administration, law, or related field required
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in grants/contracts management experience required
• Experience in US Government contracts/grants financial management with firm knowledge of US Government regulations strongly preferred
• Understanding of local contract, procurement, and labor law
• Experience working under USAID contracts as well as issuing grants in accordance with ADS 303
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written
• Nepali citizen
