Job Position: Senior Store Assistant
No. of vacancy: 1
Work Station: Outside Valley: Narayangarh / Birgunj / Bhairahawa
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage various products and logistics, dispatch such products and goods as per the order given and maintain proper billing and detail records in bookkeeping.
• Plan, organize and direct inventory of go-down for management of go-down products.
• Co-ordinate the Broken Product Bottles in accordance with factory staff for its proper disposal.
• Verify personally the stocks twice a day.
• Ensure product availability in go-down to deliver ordered product in time.
• Dispatch finished products according to dispatch plan list for delivering product to ordered place.
• Ensure maintenance of stock book to confirm supply of ordered goods.
• Ensure handling of transport and logistic personnel for smooth dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain VAT Bill to pay tax to the government.
• Assist in Data Management. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Management with 2 years of relevant experience in Store and Logistic.
