Nepal Hydro & Electric Limited (NHE) is a leading Company in Hydro-mechanical and Electro-mechanical equipment including HV substations manufacturing, installation and their repairing for hydroelectric power sector. NHE is seeking a self-confident, dynamic and result oriented individuals with good diplomatic qualities and negotiating skills for the following positions: 

1. Senior Level Employee in Finance and Accounts 
2. Senior Level Em lo ee in Human Resource Division 
3. Senior Level Employee Plant / Factory Management

Position 1 : Senior Level Employee in Finance and Accounts 
No. of Post : One 
Background and Purpose of Position: The overarching intention of the position is to improve and develop effective inter-divisional execution of finance, accounts, costing & store and procurement system Sustain statuary and regulatory requirements. HR and Financial policies & support projects. Internal Audit and controlling of Projects (Plan VS Actual) will be key expectations from this position. 
Qualification and Experience : CA passed with Bachelor degree and minimum 3 years' experience in similar field. 

Position 2 : Senior Level Em lo ee in Human Resource Division 
No. of Post : One 
Background and Purpose of Position: This position has ultimate responsibility to develop and lead Human Resources practices, process and objectives. Provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture, emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and recruitment/performance appraisal and fairness. The overall objective of the position is to provide practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to other managers on HR procedures, statuary and regulatory policies, best practices, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of the Company. Maintain Industrial/IR Law & public relation in all the areas of NHE. This position will directly report to CEO. 
Qualification and Experience: Master Degree in Management/HR with Specialization in HR with minimum 5 years' experience. Familiarity with Project environment is a plus. 

Position 3 : Senior Level Employee Plant / Factory Management 
No. of Post : One 
Background and Purpose of the Position: This position is responsible for; 
• Plant scheduling & performance appraisals 
• Plant maintenance 
• Safety of machines/tools/equipment. 
• Factory logistics 
• Quality and store 
• Organize the daily operations of manufacturing and service plants, Develop coordination with inter divisions, product development, productivity improvement, quality management and customer satisfaction. 
• Make sure the plant is running smoothly, efficiently and safely. 
• Maintain optimum operation by assigning workers, creating and keeping work and production schedules, scraps & waste management. 
• Monitor the production equipment to make sure that it stays in good working order. 
• Quality control and communicates with other divisions or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly. 
• Proficient with Quality Management Systems (QMS & ISO). 

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering at least 5 years' experience in similar field. Master Degree in Industrial Engineering will be an added advantage.
