The candidate must possess the following Requirement..
• Should have minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, however, preference shall be given to those with Master Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Should have minimum 3 years working experience preferably in Legal Department of Banks / Financial Institutions or other reputed Organizations.
• Preference shall be given to those with Advocate License and who have worked 2 years as Company Secretary.
• Fully conversant with banking, company laws NRB directives and all other relevant Acts.
• Should be able to handle all legal matters independently and be able to work under minimal supervision.
• Should be able to provide technical and administrative support to the Bank on legal issues.
• Should have strong communication skill with excellent written and spoken English/Nepali with Nepali typing skill.
