SDBL is seeking a dynamic, energetic, professional, qualified and result oriented individual for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who can lead the institution and bring about the financial, structural and operational reforms to make SDBL a premier financial Institution have the following qualifications and competencies:
• Master's degree or post graduate level in Management/ Business Administration) Economics from recognized university or Qualified Chartered Accountant from recognized institution.
• 7 years of relevant experience in commercial bank including 5 years of working experience in a Senior Managerial Level or above or 7 years of relevant experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 3 years as a Deputy CEO or CEO in a National Level Financial Institution.
• Must have excellent leadership traits, excellent computer skill, good communication & interpersonal skills with good public relation. • Must be Nepalese citizen.
• The candidate should be at least 35 years of age.
• Candidates should submit four (4) years business plan along with the application. • Candidates should have excellent banking career records.
• Candidates should posses all the eligibility criteria as mentioned in Section 26 of BAFIA 2063.
