Officer and Receptionist Job Vacancy - Plan International Nepal

Plan International Nepal invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for the following positions: 

1. Procurement Officer - 1 position 
Term and Location: 3 years fixed term employment based in Nepal Country Office, Kathmandu. 
Required Qualifications & Experiences: 
• Masters Degree in Business Administration / Public administration or equivalent relevant discipline. • At least 3 years of work experience in the area of procurement function and general administration, fixed asset management and dealing with government. 
• Knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage. 
• INGO work experience preferred. 

2. Receptionist -1 position 
Term and Location: 3 years fixed term employment based in Nepal Country Office, Kathmandu 
Required Qualifications & Experiences:
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/ Public Administration or equivalent relevant discipline. 
• At least 2 years of work experience handling reception area, dealing with visitors. Experience in general administration is an advantage. 
• INGO work experience preferred
