1. Food & Beverage Manager
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Hotel Management from any recognized institute, should possess sound knowledge of Food and Beverage and conversant with various product and service standards. Candidates should have worked for at least 3 years either as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for 5 years or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience in a senior position in any reputed 5/4 star hotel. The incumbent should be able to lead all the Food & Beverage outlets of the Hotel. Should be a self starter, responsible for quality Food & Beverage product and service standards, motivation and mobilization of available manpower for optimum return. Candidates should be result oriented, energetic and capable of conducting refresher and informal in-house training. Ability to generate innovative ideas and willingness to work extra hours.
2. Guest Relation Executive
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : Diploma in Hotel Management / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Relevant experience in tourism sector and ability to speak other foreign language than English would be an added advantage. The candidates must possess pleasing personality, smartness and ability to communicate with guest efficiently. The candidates must have worked at least 2/3 years as Guest Relation Executive in any reputed organization, preferably in 4/5 Star Hotel. Knowledge of IDS / Hotel related software would be an advantage.
3. Bakery Chef
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Hotel Management / Intermediate with minimum 5 years of experience in Bakery & Pastry section or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience in 5/4 Star Hotel in a senior position.
4. Indian Chef
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Diploma in Hotel Management / Intermediate with minimum 5 years of experience in Indian Kitchen or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience in 5/4 Star Hotel in a senior position.
5. Telephone Operator (S-1)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Preferably graduate/ Intermediate in any discipline. The candidates must have a pleasant and clear voice and be able to understand and speak English fluently and the candidates must have worked for at least 3 years in related field. Candidates must have acquired training in related field from any recognized institute. Knowledge of IDS / Hotel related software would be an advantage.
6. Driver (R-3)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: S.L.C. passed. The candidates should have worked for at least 2 years in related field. The candidates must have a valid driving licence of heavy as well as light vehicle.
7. Assistant Waiter (R-2)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Preferably Intermediate / S.L.C. passed . The candidates must have worked for at least 2 years in related field. Candidates must have acquired training in related field from any recognized institute.
