Job Position: Cost & Pricing Officer - Bangladesh or Nepal
This opportunity is for Winrock International's Operations Group and can be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh or Kathmandu, Nepal.
Position's primary responsibility is to review all cost proposal budgets including concepts papers and EOI budgets.
Requirements include BA/BS Degree preferably in business administration, finance, international development or a similar discipline with 2-4 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience; familiarity with U. S. Federal and USAID Acquisition Regulations; some experience in business development and client relationship management, especially with USAID; strong analytical and computer skills, especially spreadsheet and financial analysis; strong software skills and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing.
