USAID's Ghar Ghar Maa Swasthya (GGMS) project, managed by FHI 360 announces an internship opportunity for interested and qualified individuals. Selected interns will be provided monthly stipend.
Position: Intern
Number of Interns required: 3 (Three)
Location: Based in Kathmandu and may have to travel to other parts of the country if required.
Period: 3 months starting on November 11, 2013
Deadline to apply: 18 October 2013
Objective of the program: To expose the aspirants to actual working environment with experiential learning to better prepare them to join the workforce or further their education in the field of public health.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Master's level in Statistics, Management, Public Health, Population Studies, Rural Development or Mass Communication
• Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proficiency in using computer softwares like excel. SPSS, etc. and strong interest in Health Communication
- Good oral and written communications in Nepali and English
