Masters degree with major in Marketing and at least 3 years of Brand-Management experience in FMCG industry.

For Area Sales Managers 
Masters degree with major in Marketing and at least 3 years of managerial experience in FMCG industry.
OR Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG industry.

For Sales Executives
Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales & distribution.
