- Handle HR duties such as recruitment and selection process, briefing new recruits about the company, its product and services, company policies
- Maintain the organizational guidelines such as preparing and updating HR policies and inform employees about it
- Planning, Monitoring and make performance appraisal of employee work results
- Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors
