Job Specifications:
- Should have experience of working for 2/3 years in Banking and Financial Institutions or Payment Solution - Company or large Call Center IT operations.
- Knowledge of communication server management and other communication devices.
- Programming and scripting knowledge in any of the recognized programming language.
- Familiar with routing, switching (L2 / L3 Networks), Firewall and VPN Management
- Command on Server Management (Windows and Unix server )
- Familiar with SQL Server Management and must possess additional knowledge on SQL+ commands.
- Call Centre Management experience includes Scheduling of staff, planning the technology (IVR, ACD) and an ability to forecast call loads determining base staff and trunks required.
- Knowledge of telephony applications and systems to manage the integrity of the call systems
- Ability to develop Policies, Processes and Procedures that support a SLA driven environment and must be able to develop Knowledge Base repository for internal reference.

- Basic Knowledge of routing and switching ( L2 / L3 Networks ) , Firewall & VPN Management,
- Knowledge on SQL Server Management will be an added advantage
- Understanding of escalation path for service resolutions
- Ability to analyze and translate Management reports on daily / weekly / monthly basis. Research and communicate query resolution methods.
