BIJAM an NGO has been implementing a “Comprehensive HIV & AIDS program in the Parsa, Bara & Makwanpur district. BIJAM invites application for experienced and qualified professional for the following  positions

1. Admin/Finance Manager -1 (Birgunj, Parsa District)

2. Program Officer -1 (Simara-Bara District)

For Admin/Finance Manager

Brief Responsibilities Admin/Finance Manager

Admin/Finance Manager is responsible for overall administrative & financial management, planning/implementation of organizational policy, supervision, monitoring and coach to Admin/ finance team. He/ She must have good written & verbal communication skill in English & Nepali; goods skills on Computer application; preparation of auditing and must have the sound knowledge of taxation. 

Qualification 

• At least Bachelor in Business Study or Business Administration and equivalent with minimum 3 years of working experience. 

• Master degree in Business Study or Business Administration and equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience preferably within an I/NGO environment.

For Program Officer

Brief Responsibilities

Program Officer is responsible for overall team management, Coordination/Collaboration, planning/implementation of district level program according to national policy as well as organizational policy, supervision, monitoring and coach to district team. He/ She must have good written & verbal communication skill in English & Nepali; goods skills on Computer application. 

Qualification 

• Intermediate level in Social Science and equivalent with minimum 5 years of work experience.

• Bachelor degree in Social Science and equivalent with minimum 2 years of work experience.

• Master degree in Social Science and equivalent with minimum 1 year of work experience.

• Skill & Knowledge of preparing events report, data management and quality assurance.
