1. Account cum Admin Officer
Job Location: Kathmandu

2. Customer Service Representatives
Job Location: Kathmandu

Offered Salary: Negotiable
Educational Qualification: Having Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

For Account cum Admin Officer
Job Specifications:
- Should have minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Must have ability to work independently, self motivated and a good understanding of office procedures are essential.
- Pleasing Personality and Leadership quality with good communication skill.
- Good knowledge of computer accounting packages
- Good knowledge of Govt. Tax policies

Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts. Journal, Vouchers, ledgers etc
- Prepare and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate in all administrative functions
- Prepare all financial and management reports
- Liaise with customers/clients for payment
- Prepare and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Ensure and liaise for effective procurement/imports and office/contract relating tasks/communications.

For Customer Service Representatives
Job Specifications:
- Having good working knowledge of basic computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Demonstrate an audible, friendly, professional, and well-mannered speaking voice
- Skill in dealing calmly and politely with the public under stressful conditions.
- Ability to withstand criticism and irritated people.
- Ability to make logical and quick decision in difficult situation.
- Experience in hospitality industry will be a plus.

Job Description:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handle and process online and telephonic orders.
- Mobilize delivery staffs in wise, effective and efficient manner.
- Promptly identify and resolve customer issues.
- Other duties as needed.

Other Specific Requirements:
- Should be willing to work in weekends and public holidays.
- Should be willing to work in evening shift.
