Job Position: Psychosocial Field Officer
Minimum required knowledge & experience:
• Graduate degree in Psychology or Social Work or Sociology/Anthropology
• 6 months Training on Psychosocial Counselling
• 3-4 years work experience in the psychosocial field
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Nepali languages
• Fluent in written and spoken Maithili language is MUST
• Team leadership skills
• Good knowledge of the geographically assigned environment
• Good analytical skills
• Listening skills and ability to display empathy during interviews
• Ability to be at ease in front of public
