Ban Landmines Campaign Nepal invites applications from qualified candidates for following position.

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Major Duties and Responsibilities

· Frequently visit Dang District

· Develop monthly, quarterly and annual work plan and budget for the program

· Frequently visiting, coordinating and providing technical support to members in district and community level

· Writing reports, translating, arranging workshops/discussions and conducting orientation sessions

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

· Communicate regularly with the NCBL secretariat and if required with donors

· Strengthen NCBL’s connection with its network organizations

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field

· One year of relevant working experience, preferably within an I/NGO environment

· Fluency in English and Nepali with strong writing and speaking skills

· Good with MS office applications

· Good networking and coordination skills

· Sound knowledge and understanding of agriculture (Livestock, cooperatives, fertilizer, organic agriculture, environmental issues , income generation and poverty alleviation strategies)
