Educational Qualification:
- Candidates with Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Candidates with secreterial training is an added advantage.
Job Specifications:
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English/Nepali.
- Should have problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Ms office (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
Job Description:
- Handle Front Desk Operations, able to deal with clients queries.
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Manage appointments.
- Provide assistance to the project or function team as required, such as: photocopying, scanning, typing etc.
- Efficient handling of paperwork and correspondence.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding them when required.
- Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats to facilitate consistent and efficient documentation.
- Establish and maintain the filing system (manual and electronic) to ensure effective storage and quick retrieval.
- Provide office facilities and related administrative support to consultants.
- Observe and apply strict levels of confidentiality and discretion to all matters related to the performance of the role
- Interact with the Clients and need to perform administrative work.
Other Specific Requirements:
- 2 wheeler must.
