For Service Manager
Educational Qualification:
- Completed Bachelor degree
- Should have 2-3 years experience in related field
Job Specifications:
- Ability to lead & command team of 25-30 members.
- Quality Assurance Skills.
- Commercial Knowledge.
- Ability to establish better relationship with client & quick problem solving attitude
- Talent identification.
Job Description:
- The service manager (Above 30 years) should be a capable leader, with the ability to organize, train and supervise personnel. He must be capable to manage the entire service operation including shop assignments, personnel and standards of performance and work output to satisfy customer’s service needs.
- Supervise and control work load of service technicians and provide training..
- Schedules service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work.
- Maintains in good condition all service tools and service vehicles.
- Develops service Schemes for customers.
- Assists sales manager and work as a Team.
- Orders and maintains adequate Spares inventory.
- Listens to problems of service personnel and works out problems to management for possible solution.
- Inspects all completed work turned in to the Service Department as is appropriate and make report out of it.
- Make sure Warranty Card, AMC Card, job sheet, feedback form are properly filled.
- Manager should have a basic understanding of accounting systems and procedures.
For Direct Sales Executive
Educational Qualification:
- Completed Bachelor degree
- Should have minimum a year experience in related field
- Priority given to the people experienced in Water Purifier selling
Job Specifications:
- Should be able to work independently with weekly reporting.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Sound product/service and industry knowledge.
- Ability to negotiate complex sales deals.
Job Description:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails .
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Report on Daily Activity, road shows and planning for Next day.
- Follow up on after sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues and work as a team.
