- Interacting with the customers in a friendly manner
- Managing the stock and sales in a responsible manner
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategy
- Inform and sell company's products and services to potential clients

For Receptionist
Educational Qualification:
- Completed +2 level
- Should have minimum 1 year experience in related field

Job Specifications:
- Fluent in both English and Nepali
- Must have sound knowledge of MS Office
- Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
- Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing

Job Description:
- Handle telephone calls and transferring it to concerned employee/department
- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
- Type the documents and letters as per requirements
- Prepare weekly report about the feedback and/or complaints of customers
