Educational Qualification:
- Should hold minimum plus 2 degree or Intermidate pass
- Should hold food production training course certificate
Job Specifications:
- Must have worked minimum of five years of western cooking and minimum of five years of supervision job in western cooking in hotel or restaurant
- Must be able to work under supervision of executive chef
- Must able to read, write and speak English
Job Description:
- Should create and know preparation of mexican, continental, chinese and indian cuisines
- The job involves organizing, developing and supervising the food production in various kitchens of the Hotel as per the prescribed standards and recipe
Other Specific Requirements:
- The candidate must agree to transfer to any department without affecting salary, allowances and position
- Salary and allowance is negotiable
