Job Title:: National Program Manager
Core Requirements:
• Advanced degree in management or public health
• 6+ years relevant work experience, preferably worked as a senior program manager in the public health system
• Excellent understanding and work experiences of the Reproductive Health sector in Nepal
• Strong strategic thinking and program management skills and expertise including budgeting and negotiation skills:
• Strong communications and documentation skills;
• Experience in managing multi-location teams
