Family Planning Association of Nepal (FPAN), a leading NGO having wide service network in the field of Family Planning and Reproductive Health and Rights invites applications from qualified Nepalese citizens for the following vacant position.

Job Position : Director of Organizational Learning and Evaluation (OLE) and Research
Level : 12 (Twelve)
Tenure : One Year on Contract Renewable
Duty Station : Central Office, Lalitpur with extensive field visits

Qualification & Experience
Postgraduate qualification in any of public health, demography, and statistics and social science, PhD is preferable.

Proven Abilities: Seven years experience in evaluation and/or operational research. This should include at least Five years experience in interpreting, analyzing and documenting results from national and international development programmes.

Skill Required
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups, well developed facilitation skills, excellent written communication skills in both Nepali and English, Strong analytical skills, strong project development, implementation and monitoring skills, good IT skills - ability to use MS Office and any statistical packages.

Main Task Include
To facilitate implementation of FPAN's strategy for Organizational Learning and Evaluation, to design, plan, implement and monitor performance of information management systems, to ensure ongoing collaboration to introduce and monitor implementation of systems strengthening initiatives at the Organization including outreach, community clinic, branch and headquarter, to ensure efficient and integrated M & E at all levels, to provide technical support to FPAN Branches, to contribute to the development of guidelines, policies, standards and technical tools in areas of Organization Learning and Evaluation etc.
