For HR Officer

Educational Qualification:
  • Should be MBA graduate (Preferably specialized in HR)  from reputed University
  • Must have 2 years of experience in relevant areas
Job Specifications:
  • Must be proficient in HR related developing processes like selection & recruitment policy, job description, appraisal, performance evaluation, bonus calculation, feedback forms design & conducting polls
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be proficient in tasks like Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, payroll and handling employee issues
  • Should have good administrative and organisation skills
  • Should update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis and keep abreast of relevant legislations, best practices and trends in the market which impact employment
  • Should posses excellent computer skills like; word, excel, Internet, emails etc.
Job Description:
  • Solve employee conflicts and improve
  • HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & employees
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants

For Personal Assistant

Educational Qualification:
  • Should be an MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate from reputed Universities
Job Specifications:
  • Should have the capacity to initiate and follow up with various official correspondences, taking minutes, prepare speech, etc
  • Should have a good command over English and Nepali language
  • Should posses excellent computer skills: Word,Excel,Power Point, Internet, Emails,etc
Job Description:
  • Assist the Executives Director of the group
  • Will be exposed to a professional set  up and will be in a direct contact with different business heads of the group
  • Can work independently/ interact and collect different financial/ management reports from seniors and juniors analyze and present it to ED
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and PR activities
Other Specific Requirements:
  • Preference will be given to the candidate having at least 3 years working experience
