Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) is a national Nepali non-governmental organization working in the areas of rural development, human rights and social justice, having strategic focus on protecting and promoting economic, social and cultural right, right to development and peace building from below. Its major interventions are directed towards pro-poor and pro-people policies and practices through rural development, advocacy, campaigning, lobbying, networking, research and concentization of poor and rural communities.
It is currently looking for qualified, committed, and motivated candidates to fill the following positions in Community Support Programme II (CSP II). It offers good opportunities for working, learning and sharing within the dynamic team of RRN.
1. JTA, Agriculture (five positions)- in different districts
The candidate must have the following competencies:
• Minimum Technical SLC (JTA in Agriculture) with at least 3 years work experience sespecially in vegetable crops production in I/NGO
• Ability to review and enhance ongoing agricultural and income generating programmes with efficiency and effectiveness
• Good knowledge of both English and Nepali
• Ability to work independently under minimized supervision as well as in a team and prioritize routine
• Good computer skill especially on Excel, Words, Power Point etc.
