Educational Description:
- At least Bachlors Degree in any discipline, Preferably a Master Degree with a lot of common sense
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in trading business working in marketing/sales department
Job Specification:
- Good interpersonal communication skills and Excellent Nepali, English & Hindi written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Dynamic, motivated and having a positive attitude.
- Should be an excellent team leader.

Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will be expected to work with support from management team as required.- Ensure performance based, motivating team management of all staff.
- Should set targets for every executive and meet the overall targets set by the management.
- Should maintain a proper record of the daily market visits and send these reports to the top management.
- Lead resource development efforts
Other Specific Requirements:
- Should his/her own vehicle.
- Having a positive attitude and willing to work long hours starting from 10 am to 6 pm daily.
