1. Officer (Compliance)
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration with minimum 50 % marks.
- At least 1 year experience in Banks/FIs/Audit Firms in the area of Compliance/Internal Audit/External Audit. - Age should not exceed 35 years as of 7th March. 2012.
2. Junior Officer (IT)
- BE in Computer Science/ Engineering or BIT or BCA or BIM from recognized university.
- At least 1 year experience in Banks/FIs in related area.
- Age should not exceed 35 years as of 7th March. 2012.
3. Junior Officer (Marketing)
- Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration with minimum 50 % mark.
- At least 1 year experience in Banks/FIs in the area of Marketing Department.
- Age should not exceed 35 years as of 7th March, 2012.
4. Assistant (Credit / Marketing / Operations)
- Intermediate level or 10+2 in Management/ Business Administration
- Age should not exceed 27 years as of 7th March, 2012.
