PHASE Nepal is a well established and fully Nepali led National NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to support poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. Since last 10 years PHASE is implementing Health, Education and livelihoods imprvement programme in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Sindhupalchok and Kavrepalanchok districts. PHASE Nepal seeks to hire following professionals:
Position : PROGRAM MANAGER (Senior position to manage PHASE's core programme)
Location : Kathmandu Salary : Nrs 70,000 to 90,000 gross per month as a reference.
However, salary is not a bar for a most competent candidate; therefore, please mention your expected salary in your application.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES: Master's Degree or equivalent in any discipline (with minimum of 8 years of University Education) and minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in managing similar projects in managerial level in I/NGO with demonstrable record of accomplishment of best performance. Must have excellent English and IT skills.
