Minimum Requirements:
- At least 12 years of managerial work experience with minimum of 7 years of senior leadership experience especially in manufacturing field.
- Master's Degree in Management/ Operation/ Business Development with solid technical / engineering background.
- Demonstrated skills in production planning, business development, effective communications and exacting standards.
- Ability to build and lead effective team with strong orientation towards driving results in a sophisticated manufacturing area under tight time frame.
