Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited is a manufacturer & distributor of Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley and other range of products of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal.
Position: Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Payable
• Settle Accounts upon receipt of invoice and necessary approvals in place
• Manage Internal Controls
• Creditors Reconciliation with 100% accuracy
• Invoices accurately checked and signed off within Company Guidelines
• Settle all accounts according to financial policies and procedures
• Deviations between invoice, order & GRV are identified, reported and acted on within agreed to timeframes
• Payments are made on due date of invoice according to Company Finance Policy
• Deviations to internal controls are identified, reported and acted within agreed to timeframes
• MIS and Reporting
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience
• Sound computer skills
• Sound knowledge of written & spoken English
