Job Position: HR Manager
Qualification: Degree in HR Management and degree in Law would be an added advantage. Experience: The applicant must have minimum 5 years experience in a star hotel of repute with hands on experience of Labor Laws and Industrial Relation.
Should be able to develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance. Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience of the candidate and will not be an issue for deserving candidates.
